What I Do. Why I Do It.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and change in family dynamics. I also have experience working with clients who struggle with self-esteem, body image, and eating disorders.

I specialize and am passionate about working with clients living with depression and anxiety.

Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed practices, mindfulness, and play therapy, I work with clients to manage anxiety, depression, and trauma to develop a healthier state of wellbeing.

As a former elementary school teacher, I advocate for and help those individuals and families who are struggling with mental health and/or family issues.
