Individual Counseling

Talk therapy, such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-informed approaches are used a lot when helping clients overcome anxiety, depression, eating disorders, or suicidal and self-harm thought.

Mindfulness focus more on how the body and the mind are connected. Breath work and meditation are a couple of ways to help connect with the body and are helpful when working through trauma and stressor relating to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

 

Play Therapy

Play therapy focuses on helping children working through their troubles by using their natural way of expressing themselves. Toys, games, mindfulness, and art are used to help children express their emotions and help work though their problems, and learn to communicate.
